Last week you were introduced to a few resources to help aid you in the scheduling of activities, resources, and etc. of the project that you are managing. Well this week, I have a few additional resources for the next steps in your planning. The budget.
The first source I am introducing to you is Nutcache. I know. It sounds pretty odd, but it has some features that will help you get the job done. Not only is it a fully operational productivity tool, it also offers information and tips through its blog. As a matter of fact, the Nutcache blog has suggested 4 steps to create a cost management plan for your project. Another resource you may find valuable in your budget planning phase of your project. Project Manager is another multi-talented site that offers a productivity tool and information and tips for any project. They offer experts in the field who help navigate you through the various steps of a project. They also have some suggestions on how to create a budget for your project as well as a manage it. I'm not sure why it has fibtandclo.ac as my username. *shrugs* - I love your resources. I absolutely enjoyed the videos. For me videos hit all elements for learners, and they were informative on project budgets.
